01 — Full Groom

The groom47 full groom includes your pet being washed twice in the shampoo for their skin and coat type, drying, grooming and clipping to the agreed requirements, nails clipped, and ears cleaned..

02 — Wash and blow dry

A groom47 wash & dry takes between 1-2 hours depending on the size of your pooch. A blow dry and full body brushing.

03 — Nail trimming

An essential part of dog grooming. Trim nails are one clear sign of your dog’s good health and hygiene. Groom 47’s trained groomers will perform the task for squeamish owners, but dog nail trimming is a simple procedure if done correctly.

Since nail trimming can be an anxiety-laden experience for many dogs, it’s best to start handling your puppy’s feet and trimming their nails when they’re young, so they become accustomed to the process.

04 — Ear cleaning

Clean ears safely and gently with our everyday cleansing liquid. Our products are also good for removing accumulated wax and debris in the ear and we apply with gentle cotton balls for squeaky clean and fresh-smelling dog ears, our products soothe the ear and help to prevent infection too.

05 — Puppy packages

At groom47, we recommend that your new pet has two to three puppy grooming sessions before experiencing a full-service groom – this could also include a haircut, depending on your dog’s coat type.

A puppy has its first grooming experience as soon as they have had both their injections and are safe to leave the home. It’s recommended to have your pet professionally groomed every six to eight weeks. In-between professional grooming, you also need to brush your dog’s coat regularly, brushing and handling your dog is bonding time. At around 10-12 months, your puppy’s coat will change and their adult coat will start to come in.
